Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about Pawey.

Pawey has a free plan with 1 pet, up to 5 one-off reminders, 3 recurring reminders, and 10 upcoming appointments. Pawey Plus costs $4.99/month or $29.99/year and includes up to 10 pets plus unlimited one-off reminders, recurring reminders, and upcoming appointments. Eligible users may see a 7-day free trial on annual, where available.
There is no active Pawey Plus subscription to purchase before launch. After a store release, subscriptions will be billed and managed by the store where you subscribe; the checkout screen will show the applicable price, trial, and cancellation terms.
Pawey encrypts account and pet data in transit and at rest on Firebase, and we do not sell, rent, or trade personal information or pet data. We use named service providers—including Firebase, Sentry, PostHog, RevenueCat when subscriptions are active, and cookieless Umami website analytics—as described in our Privacy Policy. In-app deletion removes the active Pawey/Firebase account surface; the policy explains processor records, lawful-retention exceptions, and broader privacy requests.
Pawey currently supports dogs and cats, with breed-specific features for each. Support for more pet types is planned for future updates.
You can review your pet's activity history, medications, vaccinations, weight, and clinic details with your vet in the app. A dedicated PDF export is not currently available, so Pawey does not advertise one.
Not yet. Pawey is being prepared for iOS and Android, but it is not currently available in either app store. Join the waitlist on this website for a launch notification.
The vet finder uses OpenStreetMap data (via the Overpass API) to show nearby veterinary clinics on a map. Results are community-sourced and may not be exhaustive — always verify a clinic's details directly before visiting.
