Eligible users may see a 7-day free trial on annual, where available.

Pawey Plus subscriptions are billed and managed through Google Play. Use that store's subscription settings to cancel; refund requests are handled under its policies.

Yes, on Android. Use the Google Play link on this website. The iOS release is still in preparation, so we do not route visitors to an unavailable store.

Pawey currently supports dogs and cats, with a breed list for each. Support for more pet types is planned for future updates.

Yes. With Pawey Plus, you can create a health summary PDF from your pet's profile, covering identification, medical flags, vaccinations, weight, and medical history, and print it or share it with your vet. It is created on your phone. On the free plan, you can go through the same records with your vet in the app.

The vet finder uses OpenStreetMap data to show nearby veterinary clinics (from version 1.0.1, read from Pawey's own weekly copy of that data, with the Overpass API as a backup), and you can also save your own clinics and pick a primary and an emergency vet. Results are community-sourced and may not be exhaustive — always verify a clinic's details directly before visiting.

Pawey encrypts account and pet data in transit and at rest on Firebase, and we do not sell, rent, or trade personal information or pet data. We use named service providers—including Firebase, Sentry, PostHog, RevenueCat when subscriptions are active, and cookieless Umami website analytics—as described in our Privacy Policy. In-app deletion removes the active Pawey/Firebase account surface; the policy explains processor records, lawful-retention exceptions, and broader privacy requests.
