Account & data

Manage your subscription

Pawey Plus is billed by Apple or Google, not directly by us. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their store policies — Pawey cannot issue refunds directly. To cancel or change your plan:

  • iOS: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Pawey → Cancel Subscription. (You can also manage it from the App Store: tap your profile icon → Subscriptions.)
  • Android: Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Pawey
